Dalcour Maclaren runs a tailored graduate training programme that includes technical training and qualification with a relevant professional body as well as leadership and management workshops and commercial skills training.

What our programme offers

You’ll gain a qualification with a relevant professional body* on your first attempt – but that’s only part of the journey. We’ll also equip you with leadership, management and commercial skills training as well as the professional competency you need to become a leader in your field. And we’ll vary your knowledge and experience by putting you to work within different sectors (water, power, infrastructure, property and telecoms) and inviting you to attend fully supported internal and external events.

After the programme

Promising individuals will be given further strong support from Dalcour Maclaren once the programme is over. This includes continuing professional development (CPD), our mentoring programme and further career-defining leadership and management qualifications.

Apprenticeship training

We are proud of our apprenticeship training programme which we currently deliver in partnership with Harper Adams University. Learn on the job while you undertake formal studies to develop a full skill set. We’ll provide you with great opportunities and lots of support to turn you into the professional you aspire to become.

Work placements & work experience

Get enlightening industry insight and valuable hands-on experience by spending some fun time with one or more of our teams. Opportunities range from a single week to a full year and you may get a chance – like many visiting students before – to be offered a full-time position after you graduate
