To apply this competitive advantage across the whole of the #DMOneTeam, we are appointing a Senior BI Analyst within our FutureTech Team. As our Senior BI Analyst, you’ll be integral in bolstering our in-house knowledge, skills and resource within the fields of Data, Insights and System Integration.

As a Senior BI Analyst you will:
- Understand, develop and deliver our data and insights needs, to meet the ever-increasing demand to get real value from our data and reporting
- Work with our professional service teams and clients to review and improve their current data sources, flows and outputs from spreadsheets to forms and dashboards
- Take ownership and responsibility for data, analysis and solutions and ensure they are sustained and shared across Dalcour Maclaren to benefit the whole business
- Review the current processes, understand the requirements and where appropriate develop improved and more efficient or capable solutions for ETL / ELT processes and reporting
- Contribute to building data models and ensuring our data structures are optimised for rapid report development through Power BI and other reporting functions
- Help to develop standards and policies to ensure we fulfil and comply with our ISO 27001 and client requirements
- Play a key role in the team by supporting, communicating and helping all other team members
The successful candidate will:
- A positive, can-do attitude with a eagerness to develop and learn new skills
- Skilled and trained in data and data management through practical experience and or further education – Microsoft Certifications and professional qualifications are desirable
- Experienced in Microsoft Suite including: Excel, Azure, SQL Server, Data Factory, Key Vault and Power BI Reporting
- Exposure to and enthusiasm for application development through low code / no code development tools such as Power Apps, Mendix and ServiceNow
- Communication skills to question, listen and discuss the data and application requirements of our teams and clients to ensure we deliver required and valued solutions
- Experience of working to an AGILE methodology and in a collaborative team where progress is celebrated and blockers addressed in an equal and consistent way
