You may live within commuting distance of our Cirencester or Bicester offices, from where our teams are normally based. However, our client is in London so consideration and flexibility of location will be considered.

You will be providing strategic utilities and other land rights advice to our client who is a contractor to the nationally significant HS2 project. You will be part of a growing team assisting and managing access to land, leading negotiations, and managing interfaces between contractors and client.

Daily office attendance is not essential, as the business offers a flexible approach to remote working, so long as you and your teams are meeting objectives. Attendance at the client’s office from time to time will be a requirement and following government guidelines.

No two days will be the same as you will be managing a fast paced project environment, reporting daily to your line manager and to the client, liaising with landowners and occupiers to secure the relevant access rights required to deliver your client’s objectives.
