What will I be doing?
This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the biggest renewable energy projects in the UK. You will be involved in delivering the onshore elements of these high-profile infrastructure projects.
As a liaison officer, you will be a key part of Dalcour Maclaren’s project team in the pre-construction and construction stages of projects in East Anglia or Lincolnshire. While maintaining a regular site presence, you will be in direct daily contact with clients, contractors, landowners, farmers and occupiers to discuss forthcoming or ongoing works on private land, installing site notices, undertaking records of condition of land before entry and arranging access to land for surveys. Working directly with other members of the Dalcour Maclaren team, landowners and their representatives, you will assist in the negotiation and settlement of compensation claims.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the essential channels of communication by notifying parties of planned works, keeping parties updated and reporting on reinstatement requirements. As well as forming part of Dalcour Maclaren’s ‘One Team’, you will be working closely with the project teams from our renewable energy clients as well as key stakeholders and subcontractors. You will provide client updates through structured communication, mapping software and other IT systems.
