(2+ years PQE) Centrally located out of our Bicester Office

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will live within commuting distance of our Bicester office providing strategic advice to our well established client base, particularly in the infrastructure sector. Daily office attendance is not essential, as the business offers a flexible approach to remote working, as long as individual and teams are meeting objectives.  Progression is one of our core values and as such we will provide you with development opportunities and mentoring to help you move your career to the next level

You’ll be leading a small team on a range of exciting nationally significant utilities and infrastructure projects, from feasibility through to project completion, working with a growing team on project deliverables covering land acquisitions, strategy, valuations, compensation negotiation, compulsory purchase and development consent orders and managing land aspects during construction. Our clients and their projects cover a large geographical area.

You will be instrumental in developing existing and new client relationships, networking and supporting the ongoing growth of our business in this area.

You will have experience of managing and growing diverse teams across a matrix organisation and developing new business opportunities.
