WHAT TO EXPECT
You will live within commuting distance of our purpose-built Thetford office and work across East Anglia providing strategic advice to our well-established client base, particularly in the Power and Infrastructure sectors. Daily office attendance is not essential, as the business offers a flexible approach to remote working, so long as you and your teams are meeting objectives. Progression is one of our core values and as such we will provide you with development opportunities and mentoring to help you move your career to the next level.
No two days will be the same as you will be managing fast paced utility and infrastructure projects, reporting regularly to the client and liaising with landowners and occupiers to secure the relevant access rights required to deliver your client’s objectives. You will negotiate licenses, easements and secure rights via DCO / CPO where necessary. You will deal with a variety of schemes, ranging from compensation claims up to high-profile linear projects.
You will be confident in your ability to provide strategic advice to your clients and successfully deliver numerous projects with the support of a wider team. Our clients and their projects cover a large area including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire.
