WHAT TO EXPECT

You’ll be working from our brand new, ideally situated, high quality, East Anglia office providing strategic advice to our growing number of clients.  There is plenty of scope and future opportunities within the expanding office.

You’ll be working on exciting large-scale projects from feasibility through to project completion, working with a growing team on project deliverables covering land acquisitions, strategy, valuations, compensation negotiation, compulsory purchase and development consent orders and managing land aspects during construction.

You will be instrumental in developing client relationships, networking and supporting the ongoing growth of our business in this area.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll love working as a team player in a dynamic, fast-growing business and you’ll have great verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be ambitious to develop your career and join a business that is going on an exciting journey. You may have experience of managing and growing diverse teams across a matrix organisation and developing new business opportunities, although this isn’t essential.
