You will be part of a dedicated team providing expert professional advice to a range of utility and infrastructure clients. Typically, these clients’ property portfolios are diverse, ensuring that our surveyors have the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge and skill sets. 

The nature of our clients’ portfolios means that no two days will be the same. The extensive landholdings and property rights mean there is the potential to make your mark and add real value to our client’s portfolios. You will need to have a good understanding of residential tenancies, rural and commercial agreements including energy leases and a common-sense approach to management. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, reporting to clients and generally advising our client teams. This is a real opportunity to develop with the client and bring a team with you ensuring you are delivering individual but also through others. You will work collaboratively and be supported by the wider Power team.  

You will be confident in your ability to provide strategic advice to clients and successfully deliver excellent service with the support of the wider Dalcour Maclaren team. 


You’ll love working as a team player in a dynamic, fast-growing business and you’ll have great verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be ambitious to develop your career and join a business that is going on an exciting journey. You may have had experience in managing numerous projects and ensuring they are delivered on time. You may have experience of managing and growing diverse teams across a matrix organisation and developing new business opportunities, although this isn’t essential. You will be comfortable with line management and mentoring junior members of the team as they develop on their APC / AssocRICS journey.
