Coordinator

Coordinators are key people within each of our teams across the UK and their work is invaluable as a central point of support for a whole host of projects across Infrastructure and Utilities. Every Coordinator in Dalcour Maclaren receives detailed training and there is a fantastic support network of Coordinators across all sectors and locations.
As a Coordinator you will:
Coordinator – HS2 contractors.
- Invoicing for our HS2 contractors: Atkins, ALIGN JV, EKFB
- Client Reporting relating to invoicing – e.g. timesheet portal submissions, sustainability reporting
- Induction process and bookings for people working on HS2 Contractors including activities such as drafting competency letters, induction bookings and PPE checks.
- Administration support for Client deliverables e.g. report editing, tracker / data compiling.
- Organisation of monthly team meetings
Coordinator – ATKINS
- Working alongside the ALO team to keep trackers up to date with engagements, license requests, accommodation works detail.
- Updating license requests from ALO’s and make sure they are followed through process including attending the license request call with HS2 to provide updates.
- Uploading meeting notes to client SharePoint.
- Acting as a point of contact on Client calls to collate actions and ensuring they’re distributed to the wider team and followed up in line with deadlines.
- Attend Monthly client meeting to present KPI’s. e.g. license requests, number of engagements.
- Work with DM GIS Team to keep Field Level Data application updated
- Work alongside the Client Manager to work on PO proposals and new workflow set up.
The successful candidate will:
- Be an excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Be highly organised and have a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks
- Have great IT skills & be confident with Microsoft Suite
- Have good numeracy skills and financial understanding
- Be a keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail
- Have an appetite to learn and develop
