We are pleased to announce that we will be continuing our long-standing partnership with Severn Trent Water Limited as AMP8 begins, building on our successful track record during AMP7.

The new agreement sees us reappointed to Lot 1 – delivering new and improved assets for customers – and named sole supplier for Lot 2, covering maintenance of water and waste networks and developer services connections.

Sam Catling, Director at Dalcour Maclaren, said:

“This is a fantastic vote of confidence in our team. We’re proud to continue supporting Severn Trent and Hafren Dyfrdwy as trusted partners, bringing our expertise in land, planning and statutory processes to help deliver critical infrastructure that communities rely on.”

The appointment follows five years of collaboration across AMP7, during which we have supported thousands of requests through our 24/7 helpdesk, contributed to award-winning schemes such as the Severn Ham twin main replacement and played a vital role in forward-thinking initiatives including the Green Recovery Programme and Sustainable Urban Drainage Schemes (SUDS) in Mansfield and the surrounding area.

Leo Conway, Land & Planning Business Lead at Severn Trent, said:

“We’re pleased to continue working with Dalcour Maclaren as part of our AMP8 framework. Their understanding of our business and proactive approach has consistently helped us deliver projects efficiently and effectively.”
