As the world continues to focus its attention on the effects and potential impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Dalcour Maclaren is continually reviewing our Business Continuity Plan to ensure our response is pragmatic, sensible and proportionate to the level of risk.
As a people and service business, our priority is to minimise infection risk for all employees and clients, whilst ensuring our clients receive a consistent and high standard of service.
Consequently, we will act responsibly and do what is practicable to mitigate the further spread of the virus through our adjusted Business Continuity Plan to suit the needs of this current Global/UK situation.
We have issued Best Practice guidance to all our employees which includes the procedure to be followed in the event of feeling unwell, as well as when returning from high-risk areas or having been in contact with other persons who have.
We have also prepared measures to be followed if movement restrictions are imposed by the government.
Should we encounter a case of infection, we will instigate our Business Continuity Plan and notify all clients of immediate actions and the procedure being adopted at that time.
At Dalcour Maclaren, our ethos is to take a One Team approach and so our flexible style of working will ensure that, as a business, we can maintain a full level of service to our clients.
Our cloud-based systems mean that all data remains fully available, and our systems also encourage continued collaboration both internally and externally.
