Ed Higson is Head of Generation at Dalcour Maclaren has had involvement with the project since its conception in 2010. He says:

There is still a lot for DM and the project partners to deliver before the project is operational, and we continue to work hard to engage with stakeholders, manage liability, add value and ensure works are to the highest standard.”
Rob Jones joined Dalcour Maclaren in May last year, he says:
