At Dalcour Maclaren we are entering a really exciting time in our growth. We have been growing year on year since 2003 and expect our headcount to be in excess of 325 people by the end of 2020. Our success is wholly down to our people. As we grow it is imperative that the people within Dalcour Maclaren flourish and develop with the business. We therefore see the development of our fantastic people as a key part of Dalcour Maclaren’s future success.
We have created a brilliant Graduate Training Programme aimed at our graduates and apprentices which not only prepares them professionally, but also gives them core business skills. We are also embarking on a top-down development programme for all of our team that will help with great line management, as well as business skills at every level.
We have massively bolstered our People team and have an exciting new Head of People, Mel Osborne, who is definitely not an old school HR lead. We are looking to make further investments so that the whole of the Dalcour Maclaren team have access and focus on their own personal development in order to achieve their aspirations – which in turn will only strengthen Dalcour Maclaren.
It is a really exciting time. We are offering our people a new way to work within a professional organisation, which in turn is providing a bright future for the Dalcour Maclaren team.
