The Project
In October 2022 Dalcour Maclaren were instructed to act on behalf of a local utility provider to support with Land Agent Services on the Omagh Main (OMA) – Dromore Main (DRO) 110Kv OHL Refurbishment.
Under tight timescales, our local team of experts was tasked with meeting with landowners, informing them of the refurbishment project and obtaining consent for access to enable the refurbishment.
Our Services
- Advise on the use and implementation of Statutory Powers
- Negotiate access routes for refurbishment completing Access Packs and facilitating payment.
- Liaise with the landowners and contactors once work commenced
Successful Outcome
The line comprised 19 landowners and we successfully obtained consensual consent for 85% within 3 months.
