We are all aware of the effect that Covid-19 has had on this year’s graduates and school-leavers: disruption to end of year exams, confusion over grades, cancelled graduation ceremonies and rescinded job offers.
At Dalcour Maclaren we treat graduate recruitment as a long-term business investment; the graduates we employ today will deliver the needs of our business well into our future. Some will no doubt run our business as Directors.

Whilst Covid-19 is causing considerable disruption to our society and workplaces, we understand now, more than ever, the importance of investing in the next generation of utilities and infrastructure professionals.
