Nuclear

Land identification and acquisition, consents, compensation, stakeholder engagement and valuation

With an enviable track record in delivering land assembly for large-scale utilities and infrastructure projects across the UK, our team understands the challenges for both nuclear sites and small modular reactors (SMRs).

Over the past 20+ years, we have supported and delivered for the UK’s leading energy companies on their transition from fossil fuel to renewable energy. Our clients come back again and again to use us for their land strategy and planning expertise.

As new types of energy generation are introduced across the UK and Ireland, developers will benefit from a team that can deliver all aspects of land, planning and stakeholder engagement in one place and the synergies and efficiencies that DM offers. With our integrated offering, we can provide a single source of contact for your project.
