Sizewell C Nuclear Project

EDF Energy appointed DM to manage land and property requirements for the Sizewell C nuclear power station in Suffolk. Our responsibilities include:

  • Build positive relationships with landowners affected by the development.
  • Support land acquisition and infrastructure planning for both the leading site and the surrounding areas.
  • Leverage our local knowledge from our Thetford office to streamline project delivery.

Small Modular Reactor (SMR) expertise

DM was appointed in 2023 to look at potential SMR sites across the UK and assess the viability of sites and connections. Our responsibilities include:

  • Constraints assessments on sites from planning and land elements.
  • High level valuation works.
