Digital infrastructure

Delivering site acquisition, consent and planning, plus LiDAR, drone, environmental and heritage surveys

With more than 19 offices across the whole of UK and Ireland, we have a DM team close to your site, both in rural and urban areas.

Our clients are varied, and we have the capacity and expertise to support sectors and technologies such as small cells, smart grids, and the upgrading of telecommunications networks, undertaking full survey and utilities due diligence.

We deliver site acquisition, consent management and land access, town planning, estates management including rent collection, LiDAR and Drone surveys, and all environmental and heritage surveys.

With our first Digital Infrastructure (DI) client in 2020, DM can now offer specialist surveyors trained in the EEC code, and who are RICS-accredited expert witnesses and arbiters. The DI team also has a dedicated Town & Country Planner who will advise on strategies for engaging with local planning authorities and submit planning applications and consents.

We recognise there are heritage considerations for many of our clients in this sector, such as the impact of masts on listed buildings in the vicinity. Our Heritage & Buildings team can support you with the relevant expert assessments and plans.
