DM’s team of registered Valuers complement our land assembly and acquisition services

From valuing agricultural and commercial property in linear routes, such as HS2, to valuation for power stations and substations, DM specialises in delivering exclusively to the utilities and infrastructure sector.

DM provides expert property valuation services including Red Book valuations, market and property appraisals, lease renewals, rent reviews, and compensation advice across the UK and Ireland. We have registered Valuers in each of our markets: Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, England and Wales, all of whom have the relevant regional professional qualifications.

Planning permission often triggers the need for sale of assets and, as DM offers a Planning service, our clients find it beneficial to also use our Valuation services at the post-Planning stage, helping to progress the project. In these cases, we can run Valuations for purchase or to assess market value for tax purposes

When clients are reassigning asset ownership between developers to operators  - even internally – it can have tax implications. We are experts in Land and Property Valuation for capital taxation purposes of major infrastructure projects including Capital Gains and Stamp Duty Land Tax.
