Held in-person at a convenient office or location, this focuses on values and behaviours to ensure the right fit.

  • Step 7: Psychometric assessment and presentation

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a short psychometric test and/or prepare a short presentation.

  • Step 8: Offer and pre-boarding

If successful, you’ll get a verbal offer and a full employment contract to review and e‑sign via Workday. Plus, pre-boarding comms, so you’re all set for your first day.

You’ll join our 2‑day onboarding programme, with travel and accommodation support if needed. Plus, a New Starters’ Dinner to meet your fellow joiners.

From the moment I received the preboarding welcome pack, I felt excited and valued. My first days were made even better by meeting key people, including a warm welcome from the exec, and having everything I needed clearly explained. Since then, the regular check-ins and clear objectives have made me feel supported, focused, and truly part of the DM One Team.

The onboarding experience was excellent! Having a centralised onboarding process where you are trained on all the company systems at the company HQ, took the stress out of my first day and gave a great environment to ask all those 'silly' questions.
