Dalcour Maclaren’s Environmental & Planning (E&P) team delivers specialist consultancy services to the utility and infrastructure sectors. Though established just seven years ago, the team is led by professionals with more than three decades of experience.

Professional background: Previously a civil engineer, quarry manger, mineral estates manager, in-house planner for water utilities company, and engineering project management delivering environmental and engineering solutions for built development and highways schemes across all sectors. This varied experience enables me to lead on every stage of a project life cycle from land search and due diligence to conceptual design/master planning, EIA, planning and environmental constraints through to detailed design and construction.
Education/qualifications: BEng Hons Civil Engineering , MSc Surveying for Resource Development
