Dalcour Maclaren and CSS launch telecoms partnership
06 November 2026We've formed a strategic partnership with Construction Site Services (CSS) to bring together the expertise that network operators and infrastructure providers need to deliver telecoms projects more efficiently.
Our joint team can now combine site identification, planning, environmental services and stakeholder engagement with construction completion, quality assurance, audits and asset management. Together, we'll support projects from planning through to long-term asset management.
Telecommunications projects often require multiple specialist providers across different stages of delivery. Through this partnership, clients can access a broader range of capabilities through a coordinated approach, helping reduce complexity, improve continuity and support more effective programme delivery.
Already we deliver a multidisciplinary service to our clients. We bring together teams in Land Access Management, Land Referencing, Environment and Planning, Stakeholder Engagement and Geospatial Services. Now, with CSS's capabilities in audits, telecoms surveys, maintenance, site supervision, technical reviews and infrastructure asset management, our telecoms and digital infrastructure clients can further benefit from a 'joined-up' approach.
"Infrastructure projects rely on different specialists working together, but when those services are delivered by separate companies, coordinating the work can add time and complexity. By working as a team with CSS, we can give clients access to the expertise they need across more of the project lifecycle, helping to join up activities, address issues sooner and keep projects moving."
Supporting efficient project delivery
Demand for digital connectivity is only going to grow over the next few years and as will the challenges for network operators and infrastructure providers. They face increasing pressure to deliver fibre network rollout, mobile network infrastructure and wider network infrastructure deployment programmes more efficiently than ever before while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and stakeholder engagement. This new partnership is designed to support those challenges by improving collaboration between project stages and providing access to specialist expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Initially focused on telecoms, there is potential to extend the collaboration into other utility infrastructure sectors in future.
"Clients want projects delivered efficiently, without losing time coordinating different suppliers or dealing with gaps between stages. By combining our expertise with Dalcour Maclaren's, we can work alongside one another as a team, making it easier to connect the different parts of a project and helping clients move from planning to delivery and ongoing asset management more smoothly."
