As a leading utilities and infrastructure consultancy in the UK and Ireland, achieving B Corp certification marks an important milestone in our journey to balance commercial success with positive social and environmental impact.
What Our B Corp Certification means
Becoming a B Corp means we’ve been independently verified as meeting B Lab Standards for social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. The certification covers every part of our business, assessing how we operate across five key areas:

- Our people (workers)
- Community impact
- Environmental performance
- Customer outcomes
To achieve certification, we underwent a rigorous assessment process, providing detailed evidence on everything from employee wellbeing and diversity and inclusion to environmental impact and ethical governance. We’ve also embedded our commitment to balancing purpose and profit into our legal framework.
For us, this recognition formalises what has always mattered: doing the right thing for our people, our clients and the communities we serve.
