Opening a new Cardiff office as Welsh infrastructure activity accelerates
22 April 2026We’re excited to announce the opening of our new office in Cardiff, marking our 21st location across the UK. This strategic expansion comes in response to the increasing demand for infrastructure, renewable energy, and water projects throughout Wales.
With this new office, we are poised to enhance our delivery of integrated land, planning, and environmental services right here in the heart of Wales. The introduction of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act is a significant factor in how projects are envisioned and executed, and we’re ready to drive progress in line with these changes.
Our established partnerships with local organisations, including Welsh Water and National Grid, uniquely position us to support the growing needs of the region, and we look forward to playing a key role in shaping a sustainable future for Wales.

We are currently supporting a growing portfolio of projects across Wales. This includes the Cello telemetry schemes for Welsh Water (Dŵr Cymru), the expansion of National Grid substations, and work on AMP8 frameworks with Severn Trent and Hafren Dyfrdwy. We are also involved in major renewable energy developments, such as offshore wind projects like Mona and Awel y Môr, as well as various wind farm connections and their associated land and planning requirements.
