Land & Property Apprenticeship

Get the lowdown on launching your career with us

The programme in a nutshell

Start your journey in land and property by working towards a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management – while also contributing to landmark utilities and infrastructure projects that help the UK transition to Net Zero.

During your 5-year apprenticeship you’ll get to:

  • Study for your BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise & Land Management with Harper Adams University – which means you can work towards your Chartered Surveyor accreditation with RICS.
  • Learn on-the-job through site visits, shadowing, and hands-on tasks.
  • Build your knowledge of how land and property issues are managed on major infrastructure projects.
  • Support the Land & Property team by working with landowners, visiting sites, and helping to put agreements in place, while understanding how projects affect land and property.
  • Be part of a team invested in your development – and a company committed to a cleaner, greener future.

“The apprenticeship is a perfect combination of being able to work and learn – while still having fun. Plus, the internal support for university work has really helped me with assignments, thanks to the many specialists in their fields.”
