DM named as a supplier to the Crown Commercial Service

09 February 2026

At Dalcour Maclaren, we’re committed to shaping the future of infrastructure through high-quality land and property expertise. We’re therefore delighted to announce that we have been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework, across three key lots:

  • Lot 1 – Total Estate Management
  • Lot 3 – Agency and Lease Management
  • Lot 5 – Valuation and Compulsory Purchase Orders

This achievement strengthens our ability to support public sector organisations through streamlined access to our multidisciplinary teams and specialist knowledge.

The CCS framework connects government departments and public bodies with RICS-qualified (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), experienced suppliers, ensuring consistent quality and value for money in the delivery of land and property services. Being appointed provides us with a clear route to contribute our expertise to public procurement projects nationwide.

Through this framework, we can provide a complete suite of estate management services, from land acquisition and valuation to lease management and complex compulsory purchase advice - helping public sector organisations navigate challenges with confidence.

“Securing a place on this framework represents a key milestone in our work with the public sector. It enables us to collaborate more closely on nationally significant infrastructure projects and strengthens how we support government departments, local authorities and other public bodies with clear, robust land and environment advice.”

DM teams are already involved in a range of major UK schemes, including HS2, Gatwick Airport Northern Runway scheme, Scotland Cross Border Connection, Dogger Bank, and Hornsea 1 and 2.

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) plays a crucial role in helping public bodies deliver best value for taxpayers. In 2024/25 alone, CCS helped the public sector achieve £5.3 billion in commercial benefits, bolstering world-class public services and efficient procurement outcomes.

If you’d like to learn more about how Dalcour Maclaren can support your organisation or project through the CCS framework, our team is ready to help.
