Celebrating our Gold membership of the 5% Club
03 December 2025For the second consecutive year, we have achieved Gold accredited membership as part of the 5% Club’s highly respected 2025-26 Employer Audit Scheme. It recognises our commitment to nurture future talent and create meaningful career pathways for young people.
Key highlights from the audit
- We ranked 4th overall in the national audit of 252 participating employers with a 23.8% ‘Earn and Learn’ workforce. As a business operating in the lower third of the 'Large Employer' category by size, this achievement is especially significant.
- We ranked 8th in the audit for female representation in our apprentice cohort at 66%, showcasing our efforts to build an inclusive and gender balanced workforce.
- We are proud of our 15% ethnically diverse graduate representation, which is up from 5% only two years ago, demonstrating our efforts to attract and retain a more diverse talent pool.
